Missed Appointment / No Show: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, miss your appointment or fail to attend, the consultation fee is non-refundable. 

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. ​

All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of €10.
