​Free Cancellation: Patients can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Please click here if you wish to be directed to the online appointment cancellation service.

Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 24 hours, a €10 administration fee will be deducted. 

Missed Appointment / No Show: If you miss your appointment or fail to attend, the consultation fee is non-refundable. 

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. ​
